The Student Electronics Shop provides resources and guidance to ME students involved in project-based mechatronics classes.
Students visiting the shop have access to soldering equipment, cable assembly tools, and measurement instruments. The shop also maintains a small selection of electronic components that students can borrow or purchase. Items include motors, sensors, power supplies, microcontrollers, amplifiers, integrated circuits, discretes, and connectors.
The shop is run by Tom Clark, who has 15 years experience as an electrical engineer.
