Spring:  ~January 25^th

Change of Schedule Form

Changes to Schedule can be requested up until the last day of instruction, but it is absolutely not recommended that you wait that long.  Changes after the 5^th week can affect things like Financial Aid.

Backdating Graduate Standing Form

Please complete and submit in the beginning of your first semester.
