
Steven Schiller
Steven Schiller has thirty years of experience in the energy industry with a focus on energy efficiency, renewables and independent power. He has been a senior manager or CEO of three energy engineering and project management firms, including his own which was sold to an international energy and technology company. He currently provides independent consulting on domestic and international efforts associated with expanding energy efficiency and renewables actions and incorporating them into pollution and greenhouse gas reduction strategies. Domestic consulting includes business development support for private companies and activity in several states as well as for the federal government on establishing infrastructures for implementing energy efficiency policies and portfolios. Steve’s international work has included similar activities in China, Croatia, Poland, Thailand and Vietnam and for the International Energy Agency, United Nations, and World Bank.

Steve holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California.
